With over 20 years of experience in public accounting and private equity-backed operations, Tony brings extensive expertise in audit, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Ardoor, he held key leadership roles at Certus and Deloitte, managing complex financial operations and advising on high-level transactions.
At Ardoor, Tony ensures financial sustainability by implementing best-in-class processes in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. His ability to navigate both the strategic and operational aspects of finance enables Ardoor’s portfolio of companies to thrive in a competitive landscape. Diane Braswell
President, Association Management
Diane is a highly accomplished leader in association management, bringing over 12 years of experience in the property management industry to Ardoor. With experience as a CEO, Diane leads Ardoor’s association management efforts, overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and service delivery for communities under the Ardoor umbrella. She holds a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) certification and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Auburn University, making her a valuable asset in fostering growth and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Diane has built a reputation for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams, negotiate key contracts, and optimize resources to deliver exceptional value to communities. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Tatiana Narvaez
EVP, Human Resources
Tatiana is a dynamic Human Resources leader with extensive experience in driving strategic business growth and fostering people-centered leadership. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she has made a global impact in employee relations, diversity and inclusion, change management, and talent development. Tatiana is also an expert in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and operational integration.
At Climate Pros, she played a key role in expanding the workforce from 1,000 to 1,500 employees through acquisitions and organic growth, while overseeing an 80% unionized labor force. She developed HR processes, managed a team, and partnered with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
At Inventus Power, Tatiana oversaw HR for a global workforce of over 1,200 employees, leading a team of 15 and managing a multi-million-dollar budget. Her leadership drove cultural transformation and improved employee experience across the organization. Tatiana also scaled a medical startup, building the HR infrastructure and people operations playbook, setting the stage for long-term growth.
Tatiana is a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations with a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 company, where she gained valuable experience in the HR field right out of graduate school.
Scott Mattice
VP, Corporate Development
Scott is a seasoned corporate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, M&A and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) across a diverse range of industries. Throughout his career, Scott has led the strategy and execution of new investments for growing platforms as well as providing FP&A support to management teams including, among other items, customer turnover, price/volume, product margin analyses as well as budgeting support.
Scott has worked extensively with small business owners to successfully consummate deals which resulted in financial and operational success for entrepreneurs. He has a proven track record of balancing the needs of first-time sellers with the expectations of experienced investors, ensuring success for all parties involved.
