A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Master’s in Accounting, Steve has built a career on driving organizations to exceed expectations. With a distinguished career as an advisor, coach, and interim executive for B2B companies, Jason brings unparalleled expertise in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams. He is the best-selling author of Cracking the Sales Management Code and Sales Insanity, widely recognized for his insights into sales leadership and performance metrics. At Ardoor, Jason leads the company’s revenue operations, leveraging his extensive knowledge in sales management, CRM, pipeline forecasting, and leadership development. Scott is a seasoned corporate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, M&A and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) across a diverse range of industries. Throughout his career, Scott has led the strategy and execution of new investments for growing platforms as well as providing FP&A support to management teams including, among other items, customer turnover, price/volume, product margin analyses as well as budgeting support. Scott has worked extensively with small business owners to successfully consummate deals which resulted in financial and operational success for entrepreneurs. He has a proven track record of balancing the needs of first-time sellers with the expectations of experienced investors, ensuring success for all parties involved.
Carollyn Sorto is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Executive with a proven track record of implementing transformational strategies that enhance profitability and drive sustainable growth in both national and global organizations. With a background that combines early career success in operations management and extensive HR expertise, she has established herself as a trusted business advisor. Most recently, Carollyn served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GA Foods in St. Petersburg, Florida, following senior HR leadership roles at Raymond James Financial and EmployBridge. She began her career in hospitality management with renowned companies such as Sheraton Hotels, Vista Hotels, and Taj Hotels. Carollyn holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a Board member of Suncoast HR, where she serves as VP of Public Relations, Carollyn remains dedicated to driving meaningful organizational change and shaping the future of HR.
